Our firm was established in July 2016 by Tan Sri Dato Seri Utama Dr Rais Yatim and Sheela Menon under the name Messrs Sheela & Co. Our name changed to Messrs Rais & Co in March 2020 under the leadership of Sheela Menon and Danni Rais.
With years of experience in corporate, commercial, property, insurance and banking law, we are committed to fulfilling our clients’ legal needs with their interests as our priority.
